Occupational Health and Safety

Occupational safety and health protection are our company's highest priority. We have an obligation to our employees, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure the safety and health of our employees in order to prevent accidents, personal injury, and property damage. Both organizational and technical measures are intended to contribute to creating a positive social work environment, averting economic losses, and securing the company's long-term survival. A functioning occupational safety and health protection system also contributes to well-being in the workplace and supports the right to physical integrity of all those involved. Therefore, in addition to complying with legal obligations, we are committed to adhering to our guiding principles.

Our Guiding Principles

To organize all our business processes in such a way that damage to the health of our employees and the public is avoided

To introduce and maintain a process for the continuous identification and elimination of hazards, risk assessment, risk minimization and definition of control measures

Carry out regular risk assessments of all workplaces in order to identify, evaluate and eliminate potential hazards at an early stage

All safety requirements must be strictly observed

Provide appropriate first aid equipment, first aiders and occupational health care

To regularly inform and instruct our employees on safety issues.

To involve and consult our employees on occupational health and safety

To monitor safety standards, evaluate accidents and develop measures for improvement through regular meetings of the Safety Committee

To create and continuously improve a safety and health standard

To demand the same standards from our suppliers that we set for ourselves.

Quality Assurance

The management appoints the Head of Quality Management as the Occupational Health and Safety Officer. With the support of the Occupational Safety Officer (OHS), the Fire Safety Officer (OHS), and the Company Physician (OHS), the Head of Quality Management is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining the occupational health and safety management system (OHS) in accordance with ISO 45001.
