Quality Assurance
The management appoints the company's quality management representative as environmental management representative (UMB) and energy management representative (ENMB), who is responsible for the development, documentation and administration of the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001 and the energy management system according to ISO 50001.
Furthermore, AALBG has a certified quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 9100.
Both the environmental management and the energy management system are regularly reviewed and documented (at least once a year) by the environmental management or energy management officer in the form of internal audits.
The audit results are presented to management to ensure that environmental and energy management is regularly reviewed, revised or adjusted.
Our environmental management system, like our energy management system, is documented in this management manual and in the applicable procedural instructions.
The management evaluates the UM and EM system at least once a year through a management review.
The environmental and energy policy is regularly communicated to all employees and posted on the respective departmental information boards. In the interest of transparency, the documentation is also made available to all employees on the intranet and in hard copy upon request to any other interested parties.
