ABS 1339 / 3262 | ABS 1339 Light / 3506 | CC1339 Light
ABS1339 cable clamps are used to secure cable bundles of various diameters. These cable clamps are available in various materials and diameters and are therefore suitable for installation in the fuselage and fuel tank.
- Omega-shaped cable clamps
- Mounting to the structure with one screw
- Closure by replaceable cable tie
- Available in 8 different sizes
- Light version saves up to 18% weight
- Fire protection according to ABD 031 and FAR 25853
ABS 2195 / CC5516
The ABS2195 / CC5516 series is a new line of lightweight cable clamps made of composite material and silicone, derived from the older NSA5516 metal clamps. They are designed to securely hold wiring harnesses or hydraulic lines to a structure. They are enclosed and attach to the structure with a screw (not included) in one simple operation.
- P-shaped cable holders
- Available in 37 different sizes
- Up to 65% lighter than metal clamps
- Closing and fixing to the structure in one step with screw.
- PEEK polymer offers a wide temperature range up to 435 °F
- Fire protection/smoke toxicity/toxicity are complied with according to ABD 031 and FAR 25853
PCL
Cable Clamp
These cable clamps are screwed or riveted and can fix cable bundles up to a diameter of 49.5mm to the structure.
PCL clamps are available in metal and composite (BACC 10).
- Temperature range: from -55°C to +225°C
75P
The 75P clamp was developed for lean production and high performance and is designed as a replacement to exceed the requirements of the industry standard metal clamps (AS21919). With the same geometry and positioning as the AS/MS21919, they are on average 15% lighter across all sizes.
The terminals have the following advantages:
- Locking function - Saves up to 50% of installation time
- Stacking
- Weight savings
- Sturdy PEEK polymer tape material and several cushioning material options that are non-conductive and non-corrosive.
The 75P clamp is a versatile solution for those who want to drastically reduce weight and installation time.
ABS 2225 / 3540
Rods and adapters for attaching ABS1339 cable holders to guide wire bundles through aircraft and vehicles.
Available in various lengths for up to 24 cable holders in series
on three possible sides.
- black thermoplastic
- Compliance with ABD 031 and FAR 25853
- different lengths
- Temperature range: -55°C to +135°C
ABS 1424
Bracket for ABS1339 cable clamps on the panel, mounting by screws or fastening pins.
Designed to guide wire bundles through aircraft and vehicles.
Amphenol's standoff brackets are engineered for tensile strength, rigidity, and weight reduction. They are made of black thermoplastic and comply with ABD031 and FAR 25853 flammability standards. These standoffs are available in two types: Type I uses a screw fastening, while Type II uses a pin fastening.
ABS 1688
The brackets can be used with ABS1070 spacers for 2-4 hydraulic lines.
Three functions in one product:
- Fixing to structure
- Line maintenance with removable locking pin
- ensure correct center distance between cables.
- Compliance with ABD031 and FAR25853
- Operating temperature: -55°C to +85°C
ALBCBS
QuickSNAP Lightening Bushings
ALBCBS series panel cable entry devices. Suitable for aviation and military applications. These panel cable entry devices are designed for panels up to 6.35 mm thick and offer a maximum cable entry of 44.95 mm.
Temperature range: from -55°C to +150°C
ABS 1694
Designed to guide ventilation ducts through aircraft and vehicles, Amphenol's composite mounting tracks are engineered to provide tensile strength, stability, and weight reduction.
2 functions in one product: fixing to structure by screw or with
removable locking pin and line maintenance with safety system
- Lightweight thermoplastic
- Operating temperature: -55°C to +85°C
- Suitable for different structural thicknesses
- Compliance with ABD031 and FAR25853
ABS 1695
Designed to guide ventilation ducts through aircraft and vehicles, Amphenol's composite mounting tracks are engineered to provide tensile strength, stability, and weight reduction.
- Lightweight thermoplastic
- Operating temperature: -55°C to +85°C
- Suitable for different structural thicknesses
- 2 functions in one product (depending on the PN): fixing to the structure (by screw or with removable locking pin) and line maintenance with locking system
- Compliance with ABD031 and FAR25853
wiring accessories
Securing and guiding of wire bundles
- Wiring harness is held on cable accessories by cable ties
- Different sizes and shapes
- Lightweight and durable: Easier assembly and maintenance of wire bundles
- Fixing to structure (by screw), on shaped or angular supports
- Operating temperature: -55°C to +135°C (continuous)
PAN 4231
Pipe holder
- from 5mm to 28mm
- Temperature range: from -20°C to +120°C
ABS14XX / 3530
ABS 14xx monoblock pipe clamps allow hydraulic lines to be secured to a structure. These pipe clamps are completely overmolded in composite with silicone and offer perfect protection for the lines against shocks and vibrations.
- Two versions are available: for general use (brown silicone) or tank storage (blue silicone)
- with 1 or 5 holes of different and mixed diameters (from 6.3 to 19 mm)
- ABS 14xx pipe clamps are closed and fixed to the structure by screws
